Michael oversees the daily planning and delivery of personalised care and support. His role is to make sure every individual receives the highest standard of service, tailored to their needs. By leading a dedicated and close-knit team, Michael ensures the focus always remains on what matters most — the wellbeing and independence of the people we support.

Natalie Gunn - Care Coordinator

With Peoples Care Solutions since 2017

Natalie is the first point of contact for many of our individuals and their families. She works closely with them to understand their needs and agree on the right care plan. From there, she coordinates with our frontline carers to make sure that high-quality support is delivered smoothly and with consistency. Her focus is always on building trust and ensuring peace of mind for both individuals and their loved ones.

Kayleigh McGregor - Team Leader

Kayleigh works alongside the Care Coordinator to plan and allocate duties for our frontline carers. Her role is key in making sure care is delivered with continuity and reliability, so individuals receive support from familiar faces they know and trust. By keeping everything running smoothly behind the scenes, Kayleigh helps ensure the best possible experience for the people we support.
