Peoples Care Solutions provides care at home and housing support through Christina's Home Care Service across East Renfrewshire and Glasgow South. Following an unannounced inspection between 11 and 14 August 2026, the service was evaluated as 4 – Good for how well it supports people's wellbeing. The inspection found that people and relatives spoke highly of the service, particularly the caring, reliable and attentive staff. Familiar and experienced staff supported positive outcomes, trusting relationships, independence and quality of life. The report also recognised positive changes while identifying areas for continued improvement around risk assessments and medication documentation and audits.
