''It is a hugely positive experience. They are pleasant, engaging and very competent in their jobs. The girls (as I call them) make a big effort to accommodate my needs and are very attentive as to what suits me. They know the procedures well, and what is appropriate and what is not. I have huge confidence in their abilities and capabilities. I am more than just a client, I am a person and they treat me with dignity. I simply couldn't do without them. Their input and involvement has changed my life completely. I look forward to seeing them and we have a good laugh in the process.''
